Addnode Group has of today, according to the previously announced conditions and timeframe, completed the acquisition of the UK based Symetri’s business from Airbus Defence and Space.
For further information about the acquisition of Symetri, please see the press release dated April 2, 2014. A preliminary purchase price allocation is expected to be communicated in Addnode Group’s interim report for the period 1 January – 30 June 2014, which will be presented on 18 July, 2014. The information in this Press release is such that Addnode Group must disclose in accordance with the Swedish Securities and Clearing Operations Act and/or the Financial Instruments Trading Act.
