Now in its third year, the vacuum study measures satisfaction with upright and canister vacuums by examining six key factors: performance; ease of use; features; styling and appearance; price; and warranty. Shark received the highest scores in both the “Ease of Use” and “Price” categories. Shark achieved the highest-ranked overall position in both the upright and canister segments.
