VIRGINIA BEACH, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ADS Tactical, Inc., a leading provider of value-added logistics and supply chain solutions specializing in tactical and operational equipment, recently announced an executive management change designed to strengthen the company’s leadership team.
Luke Hillier, Chairman of the Board of Directors, recently announced that Jason Wallace, President and Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed the new Chief Executive Officer of ADS. Mr. Wallace joined ADS more than 10 years ago. During his tenure at ADS, he has served as head of Operations, where he oversaw the opening of our first significant warehouse, as well as managing our first large logistics and kitting contracts. Then, as our VP of Sales, Mr. Wallace was instrumental in helping the Company grow revenue. Most recently, as President and COO, he spearheaded ADS’s corporate restructuring, including realigning the sales force around new product markets and refocusing the company on its core values.

Jason and I have been collaborating on this transition for the past 12 months and his new title provides clarity to our employees, vendors and customers.
