LOS ANGELES--()--Lease Advisors, a Los Angeles-based ground lease acquisitions firm, announced today that it has donated $2,500 to the Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP). This donation will help support WWP’s numerous programs addressing the urgent needs of this generation’s injured service members and their families. The donation marks the first charitable donation under the company’s newly created philanthropic division, Lease Advisors Community.

“We are thrilled to donate to such a great organization as the Wounded Warrior Project,” said Seth Evenson, Lease Advisors COO and Tough Mudder finisher. “Lease Advisors pledged to donate $250 for each employee who committed to participate in the 2014 Los Angeles Tough Mudder, a hardcore obstacle course. I am proud to say that 10 employees trained hard for six months to participate in this grueling event -- all for a great cause.”

The firm is committed to serving its clients with the highest level of customer service and financial solutions custom tailored to each client’s needs. This same approach is practiced as Lease Advisors looks to partner with local communities through strategic alliances, serving the environment and social needs of local communities.

This year Lease Advisors launched Lease Advisors Community to contribute and give back to the communities in which the company owns leases. The goal is to provide donations to charitable organizations across the country that have a national footprint, with local representation where Lease Advisors operates. More specifically, Lease Advisors will provide cell phones, calling cards and financial contributions to the charities. Each charity then will distribute the items to those most in need in the community.

“We created Lease Advisors Community to help with emergency and communication needs of those individuals or groups in communities where we conduct business,” said Lease Advisors Senior Vice President of Marketing Shannon Diem. “This is integral to our corporate philosophy of partnering with communities at the local level, and forging relationships that will last for many years to come.”
