BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Badger Licensing LLC (Badger), a joint venture between affiliates of Technip and ExxonMobil Chemical and a leading licensor of process technologies for the production of phenolics and styrenics, announced that Stuart B. Agler has been appointed as president. His appointment is effective April 1, 2014, and he will report to Badger's board of directors.
He brings more than 30 years of experience to his new role having served most recently as the global sales manager for ExxonMobil's Specialty Elastomers business unit in Akron, Ohio.
