Spader Announced as an Endorsed Provider to ALFA

Spader to facilitate senior living 20 Groups

ALEXANDRIA, Va.--()--Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA) today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Spader Business Management (Spader) to act as an endorsed provider to members of ALFA and its state affiliates. Spader’s initial emphasis is to develop and facilitate 20 Groups; peer groups of up to 20 non-competing companies that meet three times annually to exchange information, best practices, common challenges and future opportunities for excellence and profitability.

“The ALFA mission, in part, is to help raise the bar for excellence in senior living, and I am convinced that a successful ALFA/Spader 20 Group program will contribute significantly to that cause,” said Richard Grimes, president/CEO of Assisted Living Federation of America.

“Spader has over 30 years of success in facilitating 20 Groups within various industries. Many Spader 20 Group members are consistently recognized as high performers within their industries. Based on the research Spader has conducted in senior living, we are confident that 20 Group membership will benefit senior living CEOs,” said John Spader, president of Spader Business Management.

Representatives from Spader will host an information session at the ALFA 2014 Conference & Expo in Phoenix, Arizona, to share information on the newly formed ALFA/Spader 20 Groups. Sessions will be held Tuesday, May 20, 2:15-3:30 p.m. and Tuesday, May 20, 3:45-4:45 p.m.
