Trulia Signs New Direct Data License with My Florida Regional MLS, One of the Five Largest Multiple Listing Services in the Country

Brokers will have option to directly market listings on the popular real estate platform

SAN FRANCISCO--()--Trulia (NYSE:TRLA), a leading online marketplace for home buyers, sellers, renters, and real estate professionals has signed a direct data license with My Florida Regional MLS (MFRMLS) to provide brokers the option to directly syndicate their listings to Trulia. MFRMLS is one of the top five largest MLSs in the country, powering over 100,000 listings and serving over 36,000 subscribers. With this agreement, Brokers of MFRMLS will be have the option to market their listings directly on Trulia’s popular real estate marketplace helping their agents connect with over 35 million unique monthly visitors via its website and mobile apps.

During the annual CMLS conference last October, Trulia announced Trulia Data Connect, a program that enables MLSs to sign direct data licenses with Trulia and support brokers’ efforts to market their listings and brands on Trulia. Through the Data Connect program, Trulia also provides MLSs and Brokers valuable reporting and customer support resources.

Trulia has entered agreements with some of the largest MLSs in the country, including ARMLS in March and now My Florida Regional MLS. The recent addition of industry veteran John Whitney as its Director of Business Development underscores Trulia’s commitment to provide an industry-friendly, comprehensive platform for real estate brokers and agents to build their businesses.
