Kofax TotalAgility 7 Deemed a Strong Platform for Smart Process Applications

IRVINE, Calif.--()--Kofax® Limited (NASDAQ: KFX) (LSE: KFX), a leading provider of smart process applications for the business critical First Mile of customer interactions, today announced that the Company and its Kofax TotalAgility 7 platform received “strong performer” rankings in The Forrester Wave for Dynamic Case Management (DCM) published March 28, 2014.1

The report stated that Kofax TotalAgility 7 reflects improved unification with overall process assets and Altosoft’s business intelligence and analytics software with Kapow’s data integration to follow shortly, and that it’s a particularly strong platform for smart process applications that will benefit from Kofax’s strengths in capture and content analytics.

Forrester’s evaluation of DCM vendors was based on 38 predefined criteria and identified the 13 strongest software providers and their product capabilities that will help enterprises tackle increasing volumes of varied and unstructured work. The report states that “Today’s DCM products give businesses more control over cost and goal management, implementers a new information-first design approach, and gives end users the process flexibility they desperately need.”1
