Prominent Tech Investor Joins Urban Living Marketing’s Advisory Board

SAN FRANCISCO--()--Urban Living Marketing, the company that created the first customizable marketing app for multifamily real estate professionals, has announced Bob Bozeman, general partner of Northern California Investment Fund LLC, has joined the company’s advisory board.

“Bob has substantial business and technology experience and has shown foresight in the potential of companies by investing early in successful internet ventures,” said Urban Living Marketing CEO Bill Fishkin. Notable investments at Angel Investors LP (with partners Ron Conway and Casey McGlynn) include OpenTable, Google and PayPal.

Bozeman will act as an advisor, along with Carlos Whitt, who has held positions at Groupon and Google; Chris Friedland, founder of Build.com; Ryan Walker, former Microsoft and Google staff member; and Ken Baris, president of Jordan Baris Inc. Realtors and member of Zillow’s broker advisory board.

“Urban Living Marketing has a very strong business model,” said Bozeman. “When working with a new company, I tend to be pretty picky. In this case, however, there was a compelling set of attributes: the strength of its team, the architecture of its product, the customer value and a business model that allows an opportunity to build a strong franchise position.”

Active in business as an operator, investor and advisor, Bozeman has been involved in the follow-on financing of hundreds of investments, working with approximately 50 of the top venture capital firms in Silicon Valley. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and Northeastern University, serves on the public board of Daegis and is a partner at Restoration Partners, a London investment banking firm.
