Australia Eliminates Sponsorship Limits on Subclass 457 Visas
The Australian Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP)
has eliminated the sponsorship limits on subclass 457 visas. As per the
new policy, employers will continue to estimate and report the total
sponsorships to DIBP; the same will no longer be subject to strict
limits and scrutiny.

French Tax authorities launched a new transfer pricing program - Mission
d’expertise juridique et économique internationale (MEJEI). This program

New guidelines related to the collection and usage of personal data for

Israel Announces Work Permit for Short Term Employment
As per the Work Permit Unit, experts and managers from countries that
have signed an agreement with Israel are now allowed to work in Israel
for up to 30 days on a B/2 Business Visa. Earlier, the only option to
obtain a work visa was to complete the time consuming and extensive
process to obtain a B/1 Work Visa which is valid for one year.

Philippines Introduces New Permit for 9(g) Pre-arranged Employment Visa Applicants
The Philippines' Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) has
introduced a new permit applicable only for foreign nationals applying
for 9(g) Pre-arranged Employment Visas, all other visa categories are
exempted. Applicants can start working only after receiving a
Provisional Work Permit (PWP), while the AEP application is under
process.
