WOMENETWORK Symposium Helps Women Financial Professionals Build Customer Experience Strategy

The Allianz Life annual event focuses on enhanced customer service for business success

MINNEAPOLIS--()--Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America (Allianz Life®) is sponsoring its sixth annual WOMENETWORK® Symposium connecting women financial professionals from around the country. Symposium participants will attend seminars, listen to guest speakers and share in real-life case studies to develop customer experience strategies. An industry leader in Fixed Index Annuities, Allianz Life sponsors the annual Symposium as a way to support and develop women professionals in the financial services field.

Held March 12-14 with more than 70 women financial professionals in attendance, the WOMENETWORK Symposium features more than 10 guest speakers. One guest speaker will include Stephen J. Harvill, president of Creative Ventures in Lakeway, TX. Harvill will lead participants through a hands-on customer experience at the Mall of America®.

Another guest speaker, Joe Pine, author and management advisor for Strategic Horizons, LLP in Aurora, OH wrote the best-selling book The Experience Economy: Work is Theatre & Every Business a Stage. During Pine’s presentation, women professionals will build strategies to enhance their practices through impactful customer experiences. In addition to the guest speakers, attendees will also share their own best practices.

Women Give Back – Shop at Mall of America for Dress for Success

New to this year’s Symposium, financial professionals will learn how to build a personal brand to strengthen their business. They will also be given $200 each from Allianz Life to purchase more than $5,000 worth of clothing at the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minn. The clothing will be donated to Dress for Success, a nonprofit organization. Dress for Success promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire and career development tools.

Through the WOMENETWORK Symposium, Allianz Life strengthens the community of women financial professionals and their ability to assist their clients in achieving financial objectives.
