U.S. HealthWorks Acquires Occupational Care Consultants in Toledo Area

TOLEDO, Ohio--()--U.S. HealthWorks, a leading operator of occupational healthcare and urgent care centers nationwide, announced today it has acquired Occupational Care Consultants and Therapy Works.

The two medical centers are located in the Toledo area at 3028 Navarre Ave. in Oregon and 7010 Spring Meadows Drive W., Suite 101 in Holland. The two physical therapy facilities are located at: 3030 Navarre Avenue in Oregon and 7117 Orchard Centre Drive in Holland.

U.S. HealthWorks now has eight centers in Ohio, including two in Columbus, three in the Dayton area, and another one in Canton. U.S. HealthWorks has 205 centers and worksites in 19 states.

Occupational Care Consultants provides comprehensive occupational care and its two centers offer a physical therapy component under the separate name of Therapy Works. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Both Toledo-area centers are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Holland Center has additional hours on Saturday from 8 a.m. to Noon.
