ALEXANDRIA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is pleased to announce Kevin Robinson as its new President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Kevin assumes this role from the company’s co-founder, Phil Soucy, who will remain engaged with the company as Chairman of the Board.

Following multiple leadership roles at GRCI (now AT&T Federal), Kevin joined MTSI in 1997 as an entrepreneur and director of the Acquisition and Technology group. After achieving significant growth for the company in the areas of unmanned systems and missile defense, Kevin helped launch several MTSI office locations across the country. In 2008, Kevin assumed the role of Vice President of Strategic Development, doubling the size of the company and strategically expanding MTSI market share and service offerings.
