ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Catalina, the personalized digital media company, announced today the appointment of Steven Rubinow to lead its global technology function. In his role as executive vice president and chief technology officer, Rubinow is responsible for continuously strengthening Catalina’s global enterprise architecture through technology development, implementation and operation.

Prior to joining Catalina, Rubinow served as CIO of Thomson Reuters. Previously, he served as CIO, CTO and chief innovation officer for NYSE Euronext, the world’s largest global exchange. Rubinow also has held leadership positions with NextCard, Inc., AdKnowledge, Inc., Fidelity Investments, Budget Rent A Car, Continental Bank and Quaker Oats.

Rubinow also served as an adjunct faculty member at DePaul University, where he earned an M.S. in Computer Science. He also holds four degrees from the University of Illinois, including a Ph.D. in Chemistry, an MBA in Marketing and Finance, an M.S. in Chemistry, and a B.S. in Biological Sciences and Chemistry.
