COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Senior Director Brad Johnson and Directors Chad Harrison, Trevor Miller and Aaron Wright of Integra Realty Resources’ (IRR) Columbus office have earned the Appraisal Institute’s MAI designation, which recognizes their experience in valuing commercial, industrial, multifamily, and other complex asset classes, as well as their expertise in advising clients on real estate investment decisions. Appraisers holding the MAI designation have met rigorous requirements relating to education, testing, experience, and demonstration of knowledge, understanding, and ability.

Mr. Johnson has been engaged in real estate valuation and consulting since 1998, with a primary focus on office and industrial properties. He has experience with a full array of property types, including industrial, office, multifamily, and retail, among others. Mr. Johnson earned his bachelor’s degree from Miami University.
Mr. Harrison has worked in real estate valuation and consulting since 2004, with a specialization in Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) appraisal projects. He has experience with retail, office, industrial, mixed-unit developments, and vacant land. Mr. Harrison earned his bachelor’s degree from Ohio University.
Actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting since 2003, Mr. Miller has experience with multifamily, industrial, retail, office, vacant land, and mixed-use developments. Prior to joining IRR’s Columbus office, he worked for the company’s St. Louis office. Mr. Miller earned his bachelor’s degree from Miami University and his master’s degree from The Ohio State University.
Mr. Wright has worked in real estate valuation and consulting since 2000 and joined the IRR team in 2008. He has experience with residential, retail, multifamily, mobile home parks, industrial, and office properties. He specializes in unique property types, such as auto dealerships, restaurants, funeral homes, and self-storage. Additionally, Mr. Wright is an Ohio- licensed real estate broker and earned his bachelor’s degree from Marylhurst University.
