VALHALLA, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--USI Insurance Services ("USI") today announced that it officially closed the previously announced acquisition of Van Gilder Insurance Corporation (“Van Gilder”), a full-service insurance brokerage firm serving clients in the Rocky Mountain region and across the United States. This acquisition reinforces USI’s mission of becoming the number one brand in the middle-market insurance brokerage industry. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Van Gilder’s name will be changing to USI Colorado.
