ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MRCT Benefits Plus, a comprehensive employee benefits, financial products and human resources consulting firm, today announced record growth during 2013. The company anticipates strong gains in both revenues and new hires for 2014 as it brings the first private healthcare exchange to Missouri and Southern Illinois.
MRCT Benefits Plus provides employee benefits for close to 1,000 business and their employees. MRCT’s coming private exchange is expected to bring double-digit growth to the St. Louis-based firm. This year the company increased the number of employees by 35% to service its growing customer base. Anticipating needs surrounding implementation of the Affordable Care Act and MRCT’s new healthcare exchange, the company expects to hire another 35-50 employees in 2014, nearly doubling its current staffing.
During the past six months, MRCT has added two departments to help support the coming private exchange: an Education and Enrollment department and an Exchange Implementation team. These departments will enable the rapid expansion of the private exchange and help bring affordable insurance to businesses throughout Missouri and Southern Illinois.
