NORCROSS, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TransCentra, a leading provider of billing and payment software and services, has named Mike McCloskey chief financial officer.

Prior to joining TransCentra, McCloskey was CFO for Atlanta-based Parkmobile USA, Inc., a mobile payments technology company focused on the parking industry. In this role, he oversaw all finance, administration and legal activities as well as led fundraising efforts to meet the rapidly growing international company’s needs. McCloskey previously held several senior level finance positions with organizations including Harland Clarke. McCloskey’s final role at this leading payments company was Vice President of Finance Operations where he oversaw all financial aspects for 20 production facilities.
McCloskey earned his Master of Business Administration from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering and operations research from Princeton University.
