FALLS CHURCH, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Noblis, Inc., a leading provider of science, technology, and strategy services to the federal government, announced that it has been awarded a prime contract by the Air Force Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC). Under this contract, Noblis will provide Independent Systems Engineering and Acquisition Support (ISE&AS) and Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to support a comprehensive suite of engineering capabilities delivered by AFCEC to Air Force installations worldwide.
