ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Endgame, Inc., a leading venture-backed provider of real-time data analytics solutions for the digital domain, today announced the appointment of Adam Wenchel and Joann O’Connell to its management team. Mr. Wenchel will oversee the development of Endgame’s technology solutions as Executive Vice President of Engineering. Ms. O’Connell will serve as Vice President of Corporate Development and lead these efforts for Endgame as the company expands in federal and commercial markets.
Mr. Wenchel brings to Endgame both deep technical expertise and experience in the commercial technology space, having previously served as the Chief Technology Officer of Everfi, a leading education technology company. He also previously served as Principal and Founder of Positive Development and as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Govolution, where he developed and engineered the first enterprise payments platform. At Endgame, he will focus on building the company’s engineering team and managing the design and development of Endgame’s advanced real-time data analytics products.

Ms. O’Connell has 15 years of experience working at, investing in, and advising companies in the national security and IT industries. Prior to joining Endgame, she was the Vice President of Strategic Development and Investor Relations for ATS Corporation, a publicly traded government IT services company, where she managed strategic and financial planning, M&A, and investor relations until the company’s sale to Salient Federal Solutions in 2012. She also previously served as a Principal at Paladin Capital Group, where she led a number of the firm’s investments. Prior to that, she was an investment banker at Jefferies Group and UBS, primarily focused on advising clients in the aerospace & defense and government IT sectors on mergers and acquisitions.
