GREENBELT, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ASRC Federal has named Susan Balaguer as vice president, human resources. Balaguer has more than 25 years’ experience and is responsible for all aspects of ASRC Federal’s human resources programs, including recruiting, labor and employee relations, talent management and succession planning, and shareholder development programs.

Prior to joining ASRC Federal, Balaguer was executive vice president of business services at VT Group, where she partnered with operating business units and management personnel to develop strategies to support recruitment and retention, proposal reviews and acquisition due diligence. She previously served as director of human resources for Raytheon Technical Services.
Balaguer has a bachelor’s degree in applied management from Tri-State University in Angola, Ind.
