Nelson has joined as a new partner in its commercial real estate practice. Mr. Nelson has extensive executive-level experience in helping clients lease, manage, acquire, develop, improve, remediate and sell retail, office and industrial properties.
Jerry Nelson will assist clients in meeting a wide range of business needs in the areas of commercial leasing, contract drafting, environmental regulatory compliance, zoning, land use, and commercial litigation. His focus is on helping clients expedite lease negotiations and avoid ‘lease landmines’; reduce costs through strategic refinancing and property tax reduction; and increase income through strictly crafted tenant leases.

He is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Mercer County Bar Association. Jerry Nelson holds a J.D. from Albany Law School and a B.S. from Cornell University.
