HOUSTON--()--Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. (TPH) announced today a further expansion of the firm's upstream advisory business with the addition of David Bradshaw, 54, and David Sproule, 33.

Bradshaw, named a Managing Director at TPH, is a long-time industry veteran whose upstream career began as an upstream equity research analyst, including serving as a top-ranked analyst at DLJ. More recently David was an Advisory Director at UBS where he was focused on US independents as well as that firm's upstream MLP efforts. "I am ecstatic to join TPH. I've known TPH's leadership for many years and believe the firm is a great fit for me. The independent, advice-focused, relationship-driven approach they have....with strong subsurface and asset-market knowledge....it’s all something I find truly exciting," said Bradshaw.

Also joining the firm is David Sproule, also formerly of UBS. Sproule, who is joining as a Vice President, worked with Bradshaw and others in that firm’s upstream investment banking efforts. "I'm very excited to join the TPH platform and especially pleased I will get to continue my association with Bradshaw," said Sproule.

The addition of Bradshaw and Sproule complements other additions to the upstream team that the firm has made in recent months. Joe Amador joined the firm from Scotia Waterous in June as the new head of TPH’s Latin American effort. Daniel Gamboa also joined in June as an Analyst and directly supports Joe's efforts. More recently, Ed Lee joined the firm from Goldman Sachs to further strengthen the firm's technical capabilities. Ed was previously with Netherland Sewell.

"Our upstream team is expanding....and in really exciting ways. The additions we have made in the last few months give us more international, more technical and more finance-driven horsepower to better serve our clients,” said Maynard Holt, the firm's co-President and head of the Upstream Advisory practice. "I would echo all that and reiterate that TPH is building what we hope will be the global leader in energy across all sectors. Adding great people and industry leaders like David Bradshaw is the way to achieve that goal," said Bobby Tudor, the firm's CEO.

Headquartered in Houston, Texas, TPH has offices in London, New York and Denver with more than 150 employees in its Securities, Investment Banking and Asset Management divisions.
