NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Icreon recently completed its acquisition of the software testing firm, Impact QA. The acquisition of Impact QA adds 20 certified software testers to the 400 existing Icreon employees; the current group of talent will relocate and work in Icreon’s Sector 2 office in New Delhi, India.
Impact QA, formerly TestPulse, is a software testing and quality assurance firm that serves medium-sized business and large enterprises. The firm specializes in a variety of testing services: from functional and automation testing, to security and performance testing. Impact QA provides a variety of engagement models, from outsourced vending to dedicated staff augmentation.
Impact QA employs a series of SMEs in the software testing space certified by both the Quality Assurance Institute and Project Management Institute. Amongst the team are Certified Software Quality Analysts (CSQAs) and certified International Software Testing Qualification Board members (ISEBs).
Impact QA’s CEO, JP Bhatt, founded the company in 2009, and over the past years, has directed large-scale software projects for Fortune 500s across industries: from financial service firms such as American Express, JP Morgan, Societe Generale and CSFB, to transportation firms such as Toyota, FedEx, Virgin Atlantic, and Airbus. He will continue to lead Impact QA as CEO, where the company will continue to handle its own clients as well as work with Icreon’s enterprise clients.
Icreon’s acquisition of Impact QA broadens the software provider’s service offerings. The company currently develops enterprise-scale business applications across desktop, web, & mobile platforms.
Its current clients include Pepsi, NatGeo, Fox Movies, H&K International, New York Road Runners & Kenya Airways. The addition of the Impact QA’s expertise will enable the company to provide independent testing services to its clients.
Icreon has multiple offices in India, the UK, and the US. It will be expanding its software testing expertise to London and New York over the coming weeks, and building dedicated teams to service clients in both locales.
