Response Mine Interactive Beats Google

RMI Net Promoter Score® of 63 Leads Online Information Category; Google Ranks 56 According to Customer Feedback Firm Satrix Solutions

ATLANTA--()--Four little words -- “I will refer you”-- make or break businesses. In the competitive category of direct response marketing, Atlanta-based Response Mine Interactive (RMI) just conducted a Net Promoter Score® (NPS) survey with Satrix Solutions, to figure out just how satisfied its clients are with its services.

RMI nailed a category-leading 63 -- an almost unheard of Net Promoter ranking for a b2b company (where the average Net Promoter Score® is in the 20s). In fact, RMI’s Net Promoter Score® of 63 puts it ahead of Google’s Net Promoter Score® of 58 in the Online Information Category, according to a 2012 ranking report. As another point of reference, Apple’s consumer software applications earned a Net Promoter Score® of 68, and Facebook earned a mere 31.

“I’ve been looking forward to beating Google for years,” says CEO Ken Robbins with a smile. He founded RMI in 2001 with a belief in hard-core direct response techniques and is an authority on digital media and search marketing.

RMI is in the business of building delivering greater profit margins for brands like TruGreen, Terminix, Floor & Décor, The Laser Spine Institute, and SPANX. The growing 80-person agency orchestrates a full suite of services such as SEO, paid search and custom cost per acquisition campaigns including a fully operational call center that ultimately delivers more new business, and more profitable business, for the Fortune 1000.

Net Promoter Score® (NPS) is a measure of client loyalty derived from responses to a single question: “How likely are you to recommend Response Mine Interactive to a friend or colleague?” Developed by Satmetrix, Bain & Company, and Fred Reichheld, the concept was first popularized through Reichheld's book The Ultimate Question, and has since been embraced by leading companies worldwide. Other Net Promoter Score® adherents include brands such as Nordstrom, Amazon, American Express, and Virgin Airlines.
