ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cameron Holdings (“Cameron”) announced today the acquisitions of BrineXtreme and the PVA business of GreenSeed Contract Packaging (“GreenSeed”). Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
BrineXtreme, a leading designer and manufacturer of professional brine producing and blending systems was added to Cameron Holdings’ portfolio company, Henderson Products, Inc. (“Henderson”). As a leader in the design and manufacture of innovative snow & ice products, the BrineXtreme acquisition broadens Henderson’s solutions in the snow & ice control industry by combining the premier truck equipment supplier and the leading brine production and liquid application processing equipment. This combination will provide customers solutions that did not exist prior to the transaction.
In addition, Cameron’s portfolio Company, Multi-Pack Solutions LLC (“Multi-Pack”), acquired the PVA business of GreenSeed Contract Packaging, expanding Multi-Pack’s PVA packaging capabilities. The GreenSeed PVA business was integrated into Multi-pack’s existing state-of-the-art 175,000 square foot facility in Mt. Prospect, IL. Multi-Pack is a full service contract manufacturing supplier serving the pharmaceutical, industrial & institutional, health & beauty, automotive and household cleaning markets. Packaging formats offered include; liquid bottle, single use pouch and packettes, tubes, canisters with wipes and PVA (water soluble) pouches.
