Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico Announces

GUADALAJARA, Mexico--()--Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V., (NYSE: PAC; BMV: GAP) (“the Company” or “GAP”) announced that the Company was notified on February 25, 2013 of a decision by an intermediate appellate court that confirmed the resolution of Mexico City’s First Civil Judge that declared certain of the Company’s by-laws to be invalid.

This decision, which is not yet final, will be appealed by GAP. Consequently, the Company’s by-laws remain valid and binding upon the Company’s shareholders.
