CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Radisphere (www.radispheregroup.com), the largest and fastest-growing national radiology group in the United States, today announced the hiring of Jennifer Ruth Cranny, M.D. as the Onsite Medical Director of Radiology at East Cooper Medical Center in Mount Pleasant, SC.
A long-time resident of South Carolina, Dr. Cranny specializes in breast imaging. She is supported by a team of more than 40 subspecialists in the areas of Musculoskeletal Radiology, Neuroradiology, Body Imaging, Women’s Imaging, and Emergency Department Radiology. Dr. Cranny was previously the Director of Women’s Imaging at Imaging Specialists of Charleston in Mount Pleasant, SC.
Dr. Cranny is certified by the American Board of Radiology, and she received her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. She completed her Radiology residency at Baylor College of Medicine, where she was chief resident. She also completed an Interventional Radiology Fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She is member of the American College of Radiology, Society of Breast Imaging, American Roentgen Ray Society, Radiological Society of North America, National Consortium of Breast Centers, American Medical Association, and South Carolina Medical Association.
