Bolttech Mannings, Inc. Names New President and CEO

PITTSBURGH--()--Bolttech Mannings, Inc. announced today that Jerry Jurkiewicz, its President and CEO, will be leaving Bolttech Mannings to pursue other interests. Ed Komoski has been named President and Chief Executive Officer in his place, bringing with him a 30-year track record of successfully growing and managing businesses.

Mr. Jurkiewicz said, “It is with great confidence that I pass my leadership responsibilities to Ed Komoski. I have enjoyed working with the employees and customers of Bolttech Mannings, but will now be pursuing a business opportunity that allows me to work nearer to my family.” Mr. Jurkiewicz will remain on the Board of Directors of Bolttech Mannings in order to support Mr. Komoski.

“Ed is an accomplished leader with a track record of success in growing and transforming industrial businesses,” said Beth Lesniak, Vice President, Grey Mountain Partners, who added, “He brings with him an impressive mix of leadership, operational expertise, technical breadth, and a passion for customer care. We are fortunate to have found someone with such a perfect set of skills for this business and who can continue to advance our objectives of value creation at Bolttech Mannings. Ed’s success in all areas of the businesses he has managed, including acquisitions, integrations, new branch openings, service operations, and product development on a global scale will be highly beneficial to Bolttech Mannings. We are excited to see the company advance under his leadership.”

“I am thrilled to be joining Bolttech Mannings and look forward to leading the business to take advantage of its full long-term potential,” Mr. Komoski said. “Bolttech Mannings is a market leader with a strong reputation and unique capabilities in service, rentals, and product sales. We have a lot of work ahead of us, but we also have extraordinarily talented technicians, sales leaders, and engineers with deep industry experience.
