McCormick's beach photo appears in the August 2012 issue of Rhode Island Monthly Magazine.
“I chose this image because the people on the beach were so full of color and so busy with activity. It was exciting to have such a great view of the beach crowds aboard the Block Island Ferry. It spoke ‘quintessential Rhode Island’ to me...mid-summer on the beach, there is nothing better than that,” said McCormick.
