Research and Markets: Litigation Management

DUBLIN--()--Research and Markets (http://www.researchandmarkets.com/research/5d6h77/litigation_managem) has announced the addition of the "Litigation Management" subscription to their offering.

This unique book presents the advice of eminent members of the profession on managing their practice areas. In keeping with Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr.'s observation that the life of the law has not been logic; it has been experience, it offers experienced guidance from practitioners with different perspectives and areas of expertise.

Litigation Management discusses litigation techniques from every standpoint. Topics covered include: in-house counsel's views on costs, litigation risk, litigation manager standards, and the changing legal economy; plaintiffs attorneys strategies for case assessment, discovery and trial (because knowing your enemy can yield tangible benefits for defense counsel); multidistrict litigation; management of class actions; litigating against the federal government; jury selection and how juries think and work; arbitration; and more.

Throughout, Litigation Management deals with the practical implications of substantive law and procedure for lawyers working on the front lines. It's a complete framework for managing your case to victory.
