NEEDHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dovetail Health is pleased to announce the additions of Diane Gilworth and Dean McCausland to its senior leadership team.
As its new Chief Clinical Officer, Diane Gilworth, RN, NP, MPH, will be responsible for development and oversight of all facets of Dovetail’s clinical programs. As Dovetail continues to expand its presence nationally, Diane will be instrumental in further establishing the clinical infrastructure, education and training, quality assurance, and development of additional programs to support new patient populations.
Most recently, Diane was the Vice President of Nursing at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, a nonprofit multi-specialty medical group practice which provides care to 460,000 adult and pediatric patients at more than 20 offices across eastern Massachusetts. In her 15 years at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, Diane was responsible for clinical, quality and financial oversight of more than 700 nurses and nurse practitioners. Diane was also a member of their Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (“ACO”) team responsible for the design and implementation of an innovative medical model of care for all high risk Medicare patients.
Prior to joining Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, Diane spent 12 years in a variety of acute care and administrative nursing positions at the Brigham and Women’s and Beth Israel Hospitals in Massachusetts.

Dean brings a strong financial and analytical acumen which will serve Dovetail well in a number of capacities.
As Chief Financial Officer, Dean is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Dovetail’s financial, legal and administrative functions. Dean sets the company’s financial strategy and ensures it is aligned with Dovetail’s overall corporate strategy, partnerships and healthcare operations. He has over 25 years in executive financial management for middle market companies in the technology, business and information services sectors, and has demonstrated a strong track record of delivering shareholder value over his career.
