NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nicola (Nicky) Dingemans has joined Oliver Wyman Group as Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO), reporting to John Drzik, CEO, and to Laurie Ledford, Chief Human Resources Officer of Marsh & McLennan Companies. Ms. Dingemans also joins the Oliver Wyman Group Management Committee, the Oliver Wyman Global Leadership Team, and the Marsh & McLennan Companies HR Executive Team. She is based in New York.
In her CHCO role, Ms. Dingemans will assume responsibility for all HC matters across the Oliver Wyman management consulting businesses; she will also have HC oversight for Oliver Wyman Group.

Ms. Dingemans joins Oliver Wyman from international law firm Reed Smith, where she served as Global Chief People Officer. Previously she served in multiple roles spanning a 20-year career at Booz, Allen & Hamilton (now Booz & Co.), including consulting to the chemicals and pharmaceuticals sectors and serving in multiple HR and Operations leadership roles. At Booz Ms. Dingemans was sponsored to attend the Sloan Master’s Program for experienced executives at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. She was born in the UK and educated at Queen’s College, Oxford.
