Joan Clary (70), a substitute school teacher from Oakhurst, CA, was flown to Los Angeles to meet Betty White during an exclusive photo shoot with celebrity photographer Mike Ruiz on May 9.
During her trip, Clary got the All-Star treatment, including:

- Two (2) nights’ accommodations at the Mr. C Hotel - Beverly Hills.
- A Gift Card valid for dining at Los Angeles restaurants.
- A behind-the-scenes visit to Betty White’s photo shoot at Smashbox Studios to meet the Emmy-award winning actress.
Clary was thrilled to be selected as the winner and to meet Betty. “As I turn seventy, I realize Betty is one of my last role models. It was a joy to meet her after admiring her for so many years,” she said.
“We help seniors rethink retirement and make their dreams come true using life settlements,” said Stephen E.
