SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Dow Hotel Company, LLC, (DHC) a hotel ownership investment and management company, today announced that Alex Petrollini, CHA, a six-year veteran of the company, has been named general manager of the 227-room Hilton San Antonio Hill Country Hotel and Spa. The property is owned by a joint venture between Prudential Insurance Company of America and DHC, which also operates the property.

Petrollini most recently served as general manager of DHC’s 369-room DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago O’Hare, which earned its four-diamond ranking under his direction. As general manager of the Crowne Plaza Portland, Lake Oswego, Ore., also managed by DHC, Petrollini and his team earned the brand’s top ranking for meeting satisfaction. Prior to his tenure in the United States, he was general manager of the Vlad Inn Hotel in Vladivostok, Russia. Petrollini is a Certified Hotel Administrator and was certified as a Master Chef by the Cordon Bleu in London.
