Project Flow, the World’s Premier Project Execution Conference, Attracts Record Number of Attendees

Organizations in aerospace and defense, commercial aviation, manufacturing, and IT shared how they created additional cash and profits by replacing 100-year-old Gantt-based scheduling with real-time synchronization solutions

SAN JOSE, Calif.--()--Realization, the leading provider of Real-Time Synchronization solutions for projects, today announced that its eighth annual Project Flow conference attracted a record number of attendees. More than two hundred executives from a wide cross-section of industries attended the conference, which was held at the beautiful and world-renowned Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego, California.

The conference included educational workshops on Real-Time Synchronization in projects, and featured case study presentations from executives at industry-leading organizations. These executives related how they had successfully synchronized project execution and, as a result, completed projects 20 to 50 percent faster, creating additional cash and profits.

Organizations that presented their success in completing projects 20 to 50 percent faster include:

  • Asahi Seisaksuho
  • The Boeing Company
  • Daiwa House
  • Delta Air Lines
  • Embraco
  • Israeli Defense Forces
  • Lufthansa Technik Maintenance International
  • Siemens Generator Engineering
  • Spirit Aerosystems
  • Terumo Heart
  • U.S. Air Force, Ogden Air Logistics Center, C130
  • U.S. Navy, Fleet Readiness Center East, Cherry Point
  • Verint

“This year’s Project Flow was a great success,” said Realization’s Vice President of Marketing, Yoav Ziv. “Organizations are increasingly looking for ways to do projects faster and with less cost. They know that traditional project management is broken, and intimately understand how uncertainties can quickly cause project schedules to become obsolete and throw execution into chaos. We are proud that leading organizations from around the world demonstrated how Real-Time Synchronization allows organizations to have the required resources, inputs and decisions available when needed - and also free up management from day -to-day firefighting so that they can mitigate unexpected challenges as they arise.”

Former U.S. Secretary of State James Baker closed out the conference with keynote speech in which he praised Realization as an example of American innovation and ingenuity.

Videos recordings of conference presentations will be available later this year at http://www.realization.com.
