Mr. Schaedler, an innovation industry leader, was most recently President and CEO of Innovaro, Inc. At Innovaro since 2004, he was responsible for advancing the innovation capabilities of many Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to Innovaro, Mr. Schaedler held roles as a Director of Corporate Development at VerticalNet and Vice President at the Industrial Bank of Japan. He has significant startup and capital raising experience, having founded two internet-based consumer crowd-sourcing businesses. He holds an M.B.A in finance and economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in economics from Tufts University; he is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Mr. Wienkoop will continue to serve as an Advisor to the Board while he returns to academia to complete his PhD in advanced knowledge and innovation management.
