Mitchell to Help Company Scale in Line with Growing Demand Among Fortune 1000 Marketers for its Consumer Connection Intelligence Solution

SAN MATEO, Calif.--()--Motista, the first on-demand consumer connection intelligence solution for Fortune 1000 marketers, today announced the appointment of Patty Mitchell as general manager and chief revenue officer. Mitchell brings to Motista almost 25 years of sales and marketing leadership experience at world-class Internet companies including Move.com, Six Apart, Knight Ridder Digital and Ticketmaster/CitySearch.com. Mitchell will lead the company’s sales, account management, business development and marketing efforts.

Before joining Motista, Mitchell was the founder and president of Shaker Consulting, where she provided sales, marketing and strategic consulting to established and emerging media and advertising companies, including Tumri (acquired by Collective), Interpublic Group and Yahoo!. Prior to that, she served as president of consumer media for Move Inc., the #1 Internet destination in the U.S. for real estate, where she managed a $100 million P&L and was responsible for the company’s content and consumer product-driven monetization strategy. As senior vice president of worldwide sales for Six Apart, she held P&L responsibility for the media division, leading all advertising, sponsorship and audience sales. Previously, Mitchell also held executive roles at Knight Ridder Digital and Ticketmaster/Citysearch.com.
