LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TruConnect Mobile LLC today announced TruConnect Mobile, a new unbundled mobile Internet service for laptops and iPads with an ultra low price: Just $4.99 per month plus 3.9 cents per megabyte.
TruConnect offers the service via the $69.99 TruConnect USB device for Windows or Mac laptops, or the $89.99 TruConnect MiFi that can connect up to five WiFi-equipped laptops or tablets at the same time. The service runs on the Sprint nationwide network.
TruConnect Mobile is a new way to think about mobile Internet service for people who want a laptop or tablet data plan, but don’t want to be locked into $30 - $80 per month for the next two years and face overage charges, throttled data rates or wasted bandwidth.
