The dedicated Android app provides an easy to use graphical presentation of the qualified production directories users have come to rely upon in the printed and web-based forms. In addition to finding complete contact information for all LA 411 and New York 411’s vetted directory listings, users will be able to initiate geographical searches, sort search results by distance from their current location, and upload driving directions through the Google Maps Android interfaces.
Android app users will also be able to save listings information in the Droid’s contact section, add listings to their Favorites page, forward a listing to another user, and directly dial a listing’s information.

In addition to a comprehensive and interactive production directory, the app menu includes a Stage Chart PDF button that allows users to access the full library of stage charts previously only available in print and online. Users will also find a link to the Production Tech Tips archive where all 411 Publishing’s five minute video primers are stored, a link to the monthly 411 eNewsletter, and a link to the respective directory’s Facebook pages that provides a connection to a complete range of production news items and activities.
