WHAT:

• The recession has officially ended, but where is the recovery hiding?
• Should we be expecting a recovery this time?
• How long might this last?
• What might be (or might not be) the basis for another dip?
• What policy options does the government have left? Or are they out of "bullets"?
• How will the continued shrinkage in California government affect the recovery?
• When will the inland parts of California begin to grow again?
