CALABASAS, Calif.--()--Spotlight (www.SpotlightTMS.com) -- the first SaaS provider to automate all aspects of ticket management to help corporations efficiently manage their sports and entertainment tickets, suites and hospitality assets -- today announced that it has moved its corporate headquarters to Calabasas, Calif., in anticipation of growth in both staffing and its client roster.

Spotlight is now based at 23901 Calabasas Rd., Suite 1084, Calabasas, Calif. 91302. The 3,364 square-foot office space is more than 60 percent larger than the company’s previous headquarters in Woodland Hills, Calif. and will accommodate its expansion plans, including the addition of personnel, most of whom will be dedicated to the company’s customer service operations to meet the needs of a growing list of corporate clients and professional sports team partners.

Company president Tony Knopp said the move comes after careful review of future operating needs in light of projected market growth. Spotlight’s recent growth has been fueled in part by the need for companies to demonstrate return on investment of their ticket and suite assets, and to comply with federal regulations governing travel and entertainment expense reporting.

“The move is a result of our rapid growth and comes on the heels of an initial $2.5 million round of funding,” Knopp said. “This move and the additions to our customer service team will enable us to maintain our reputation for superb customer support. At the same time, we’re laying the groundwork for the continued expansion of our customer base. With our SaaS solution, teams and companies alike can take stock of their T&E assets and know exactly what they're getting on game day, through bottom-line analysis and metrics. The kind of ROI that we’re delivering is especially attractive in today’s economic climate.”

Spotlight pioneered the corporate ticket management space with its signature product, Spotlight Ticket Management Solution. The web-based ticket analysis software enables businesses to eliminate ticket fraud, reduce wasted tickets, analyze return on investment, and achieve ticket compliance. Spotlight offers the only SaaS-based corporate ticket management platform dedicated to centralizing and automating corporations’ sports and entertainment ticket assets. With Spotlight, organizations can track vital business statistics, including tax deductibility, return on investment, usage rates, and ticket availability.

Spotlight’s customer roster includes Comcast, MetLife, Nike, Oracle, Time Warner Cable Media Sales, NBC Universal, Stanley Black & Decker, and Principal Financial Group. Spotlight’s team partners include the San Antonio Spurs, Cleveland Cavaliers, Indianapolis Colts, Miami Heat, Detroit Red Wings and Chicago Bears.
