STG Hires James Scampavia to Lead Consolidated Business Development Group

Centralized Unit to Focus on Expanding Business Initiatives

RESTON, Va.--()--STG, Inc. (STG) has named 15-year industry veteran Mr. James Scampavia as its Senior Vice President, Business Development. This centralized group — which will better leverage and strengthen STG’s BD resources — consolidates STG’s Business Development, Capture and Proposal Development Services, GWAC PMO and Marketing groups. Prior to industry, Mr. Scampavia served in government, focusing on various economic development programs.

Previously, Mr. Scampavia served at BAE systems as VP, Business Development Homeland Security and Civilian, where he was responsible for leading all aspects of business development for HCS. Prior to BAE he served as Director, Business Development, Homeland Security for L3/Titan. Mr. Scampavia has a BA from the University of California, Santa Cruz and an MBA from The George Washington University.
