ROTH Capital Further Expands its Financial Institutions Group

Dave King and Chris York join as Research Analysts to Cover Banks and Specialty Finance Companies

King, CFA has joined the firm’s research team as a Senior Research Analyst focused on regional banks and thrifts in the western United States, and Christopher York has joined as a Research Analyst covering specialty finance companies.

Before coming to ROTH, Mr. King covered money centers and commercial banks & thrifts for five years at RBC Capital Markets. Mr. York joins ROTH from William Blair & Co., where he worked in the global services and financial services groups, covering commercial banks, custody banks, payment networks, and specialty finance companies.

Mr. King is a graduate of the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business and holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. He is a CFA charterholder.

Mr. York graduated with a BBA from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, majoring in finance and investment banking. While at Madison, Mr. York participated in the Puelicher Center for Banking Education capstone program.
