- John Kelly, Deputy Director of the non-profit Galvin Electricity Initiative, introduces the first program to involve consumers in a performance-rating program of Smart Grid projects. The Galvin Electricity Initiative is developing the Perfect Power Seal of Approval, which will evaluate and recognize the nation’s top-performing microgrid projects in four consumer-focused areas, Kelly leads research into improved electricity governance models and development of Perfect Power prototypes.
