LIPMAN Promotes Jennifer Pasiakos to Vice President of Digital

Appoints Leadership in CRM, User Experience and Production to Evolve Capability

NEW YORK--()--As part of LIPMAN’S transformation into a one-stop agency solution for marketers, LIPMAN is pleased to announce the promotion of Jennifer Pasiakos to Vice President of Digital and welcomes three additional experts to its existing talent roster; Tanya Kolosova as Director of Customer Intelligence and CRM, Adam Deher as Senior UX Designer and Ivan Corsa as Senior Digital Producer.

Jennifer has an extensive sixteen-year history of digital and integrated marketing expertise, having worked at Digitas, Wunderman and MRM Worldwide prior to joining Lipman. Her experience leading technology and retail clients including FedEx, Microsoft, Intel, NBA, Nikon and Kohl’s will continue to be invaluable as we evolve our core digital capabilities.”

Pasiakos has been committed to building an in-house, end-to-end practice since joining the agency in 2008, executing digital marketing, advertising social media, and ecommerce-based initiatives across iconic client partners, and is now tasked with immediately scaling the skillset to align with objectives.

As a part of the department’s continued growth strategy, LIPMAN also welcomes three new digital hires to the team who are all dynamic and entrepreneurial leaders within their respective areas of expertise.

Tanya Kolosova comes to Lipman as a renowned expert in the area of actionable analytics and software development having served as Vice President of Analytics and Optimization at X+1, Principal Researcher at Yahoo!, Vice President of Research and Development at YieldWise and Chief Technology Officer at WatchWise. She has extensive knowledge of audience intelligence, market-mix modeling and multi-channel commerce and has worked in various verticals from retail to consumer packaged goods with clients from GAP to Nordstrom to T-Mobile, making her a distinguished addition to the team. Kolosova has also co-authored books on statistical analysis and SAS that are used in twenty universities globally.

Adam Deher has joined the team as a Senior UX Designer having recently worked at MRM Worldwide leading experience development of a sizable stable of their largest accounts – Chase, Diageo, Verizon and the U.S. Army. Deher has architected strategies ranging from CRM and social media to ecommerce and application design, having partnered with Google on one of their first user-generated music apps.

Ivan Corsa joins LIPMAN as Senior Digital Producer having served in multiple lead roles at Saatchi & Saatchi, JWT, Dimassimo Goldstein Brands, Atmosphere BBDO, and Kirshenbaum Bond and Partners. Corsa has produced a myriad of dynamic cross-platform, multi-media projects for compelling global brands including Toyota, American Express, Bloomberg, Citibank and AT&T.
