smartFOCUS recognized in Gartner Vendor Market Guide for Software as a Service 2011

The Gartner CRM SaaS vendor market guide provides a comprehensive list of vendors that offer SaaS as a deployment option.

In March, smartFOCUS unveiled its latest SaaS offering, codenamed Arjuna. Arjuna is a complete revision of smartFOCUS’s core analytic and campaign management applications and builds on smartFOCUS’ experience in sophisticated SaaS solutions with features such as integrated workflow management and flexible data loading capabilities.
