Andrews as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Andrews will oversee product management, sales and marketing, engineering, network operations, customer service and support, in addition to finance and administration and corporate governance.
Prior to his new role, Andrews was Mirror Image’s Chief Financial Officer and guided the Company’s financial and corporate governance functions from 2006 to the present. Before joining Mirror Image, he was a financial executive with iRobot Corporation. Previously, Andrews founded Lupatech N.A., the North American sales, distribution and support branch of the leading South American flow-control products manufacturer. He also held the title of CFO at SmartTime Software, a privately held developer of time and attendance software, and Vice President, Finance and Chief Operating Officer of Worcester Controls Corporation, a $100 million, international manufacturer of flow control products.
