Convergys Expands in the Philippines with New Contact Center in Baguio City

CINCINNATI & MANILA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The annual Baguio Flower Festival is an opportunity for hundreds of thousands of people to watch a beautiful floral parade and street dancing in the country’s summer capital, Baguio City. As a major sponsor of this year's festival, Convergys Corporation took the occasion to announce it will expand its operations in the Philippines with a new, state-of-the-art contact center in Baguio City, its first in Northern Luzon.

Currently under construction, this new facility in Baguio City is the fourteenth location and will serve to strengthen Convergys’ presence in the Philippines.
