Oregon-based Industrial Finishes & Systems provides finishing solutions to the automotive collision, recreation vehicle, panel, and cabinet markets in 33 states and Canada. The company had been working with a payroll service bureau for many years and found the level of customer service had been steadily declining. The company also became increasingly frustrated with the lack of flexibility the service bureau offered, especially considering its high cost.
